    We are looking for a SAP PMO Human Resources for one of our clients from the Energy sector to be based in Oman.

    Job Overview: As the SAP PMO Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of SAP projects through effective integration and optimization of human resources processes ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Integrate human resources processes within the SAP Project Management Office to ensure seamless coordination between HR and project management functions.
    • Serve as the subject matter expert on SAP HR modules, providing guidance and support to the PMO team on HR-related functionalities within SAP.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze HR requirements for SAP projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and standards.
    • Participate in project planning activities, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk assessment, with a focus on HR-related tasks and deliverables.
    • Facilitate change management processes related to HR systems and processes within SAP projects, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.
    • Oversee HR data management activities within SAP systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security in compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
    • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on HR functionalities within SAP, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting best practices.
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of HR processes within SAP projects, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of HR processes, configurations, and workflows within SAP, and generate reports to track key metrics and performance indicators.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards governing HR processes and data management within SAP systems.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in SAP HR modules implementation and support.
    • Strong understanding of human resources management principles and practices.
    • Project management experience, with proficiency in planning, organizing, and executing projects.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
    • Familiarity with change management processes and methodologies.
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
    • Certification in SAP HR modules or project management is a plus.
