Job summary
The Stewarding Supervisor is responsible for supervising the stewarding team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness,hygiene and safety across all kitchen and back-of-house areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in stewarding operations, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Previous supervisory experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of HACCP, food safety and hygiene standards
