We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Supervisor with expertise in brickwork to oversee construction projects at various job sites.

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that brickwork is completed to the highest quality standards, in accordance with project specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in bricklaying and construction supervision, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.

• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of brickwork activities on construction sites.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and relevant building codes.
• Manage and coordinate the work of bricklayers, labourers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor work progress, productivity, and quality to ensure adherence to project schedules and budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify and address any potential hazards or issues.
• Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team, resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including work progress, materials used, and manpower allocation.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in bricklaying and construction supervision.
• Proven track record of successfully managing brickwork projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of bricklaying techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans.
• Thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and construction management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
