Job summary
The Engineering Manager is responsible for the overall management maintenance and safety of the hotels physical assets ensuring all engineering systems operate efficiently safely and in compliance with local regulations and IHG brand standards.- Lead and manage all engineering maintenance activities across the hotel including guest rooms public areas back-of-house external facilities.
- Ensure optimal operation preventive maintenance of MEP systems HVAC BMS electrical plumbing fire life safety systems kitchens laundry elevators swimming pools.
