    We are seeking an experienced Recruiter on a contract basis to support our expansion and manage end-to-end hiring for healthcare professionals across multiple specialties and facilities
    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities:
    Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles within the healthcare sector.
    Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks.
    Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    Ensure strong alignment with department heads to understand workforce needs.
    Handle offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
    Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment dashboards.
    Build and maintain relationships with recruitment partners and agencies.
    Ensure compliance with UAE labour and healthcare licensing requirements (MOH/DHA/DOH).

    Requirements & Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    3–5 years of proven experience in healthcare recruitment (clinics, hospitals, or medical groups).
    Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare licensing and regulations.
    Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
    Proficiency in MS Office, job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), and ATS tools.
    Immediate joiners preferred.
