Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Conduct site safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
• Assist in incident/near-miss reporting and support investigations.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and company standards.
• Promote safety awareness among employees through toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and records.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in HSE (freshers are welcome).
• Basic knowledge of HSE standards, safety procedures, and risk assessments.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
• Willingness to learn, strong attention to detail, and a proactive safety mindset.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
