    Review maintenance & operational data (Service Provider / Contractor) & Follow up the activities of the operation and maintenance with Service Provider or any other third party in order to assure that all activities are being carried out as per client standard and that KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) are being met.

    Site visit and conduct site audit and report deficiencies to Service Provider.
    Prepare Management reports and failure / fault analysis
    Daily monitoring and follow up of pending alarms and call outs
    Receive, analyze, channelize, forward & follow up for the completion of QA Snags rectification.
    Follow up for the completion of Preventive and Reactive maintenance works.
    Daily monitoring and follow up of pending alarms and call outs with service provider.

    Receiving monthly FM Service Provider reports and review, prepare KPIs, provide feedback and comments if any and reporting to higher management.

    Maintain data for AC&MECH related "Fixed Assets".

    Maintain and update Equipment asset data & spare capacities of HVAC system, Plumbing, Mechanical, Domestic, CCU, FCU, FAHU, VAV, etc.

    Ensure maintenance procedures, methods and practices relating to HVAC systems and assign work priorities and maintenance activities in order to comply with international standards and recommend measures to enhance efficiency, reliability and productivity.
