    Associate Director Position

    ENGINEERINGUK Muscat is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the Project Management Office (PMO) structure for a large-scale urban development project. This ambitious project involves constructing new homes, commercial properties, public spaces, and innovative smart mobility solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain exceptional standards of safety, quality, cost, programme, sustainability, and project compliance
    • Deliver key assignments and business areas, providing strategic direction and monitoring progress aligned with overall vision and objectives
    • Influence long-term strategy development for a function or business unit, ensuring a sustainable business future

    Requirements:

    • Substantial experience in effective PMO and project controls leadership on major construction projects and management consultancy
    • Expert knowledge of PMO and project controls tools, techniques, and software

    Compensation:

    We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $220,000 per annum, commensurate with your level of experience. Our dynamic work environment offers opportunities for career growth, development, and a comprehensive benefits package.
