    This opportunity is based in Sohar, Oman. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Maintenance.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Ensure optimal functioning of company assets through maintenance and automation.
    • Perform maintenance activities, provide technical guidance to staff, and optimise processes for efficient operation.
    • Advise management on quality control, best manufacturing practices, and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).

    Key Skills and Qualifications

    • 7-10 years of relevant experience.
    • Engineering degree.
    • Strong background in heavy machinery maintenance, analytical skills, safety and security procedures knowledge.
    • Demonstrated leadership ability.
    • Experience in developing and evaluating maintenance and automated processes.
    • Excellent spoken and written English skills.

    In this role, you will research new technologies and maintenance solutions for industrial plants and implement improvements in software control and automation. A strong commitment to excellence, innovation, and teamwork is essential.
