Highly motivated and dedicated Junior Software Engineer - QA Test Automation with expertise in Selenium Java and Rest Assured. In my current role as a Junior Software Engineer - Test Automation at UST Global, I have successfully managed test automation frameworks utilizing Selenium Java, JavaScript, and SQL. By optimizing the framework code, I was able to achieve a 50% decrease in execution time, resulting in more efficient testing procedures. I have also collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the quality of web applications and APIs. Furthermore, I have contributed to the continuous improvement of the software development life cycle by implementing Agile methodologies and best practices.

Prior to this, I was an Associate Software Developer at UST Global where I received training in SDET(Java) and built several small-scale Selenium test automation frameworks from scratch using Java and TestNG or JUnit. I was also selected to train peers on building neat and readable test automation frameworks, resulting in improved efficiency and productivity.

In addition to my experience, I possess a range of technical skills, including proficiency in Selenium test automation with Java and API test automation using Rest Assured. I am familiar with various test automation frameworks such as BDD and Hybrid (Cucumber, Karate) and experienced in building small-scale Selenium test automation frameworks from scratch using Java and TestNG or Junit. I am also skilled in programming languages including Java, Python, CSS, HTML5, ES6(JS), C, and C++.

I have completed B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering in Ragajiri Scool of Engineering and Technology, Kerala, India. Affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, India. I have secured 8.11 CGPA. The following are projects I have done:
1. Finance Command-Line Application 

Duration: Feb 2022 

Description: A Finance command-line app for calculating Mortgage, Savings & Best Loan Rates. 

Roles & Responsibilities: • Gathered user inputs from command-line, parsing user inputs to correct types & used data structures (Arrays & Maps) for calculations.

2. Cancer Protein Identification from Fractal Dimension of Protein-Protein Interaction Network Using Topological Methods (BTech Final Year Project) 

Duration: Jan 2021 – June 2021 

Description: The project aims at finding a defining trait of a cancer protein, with respect to the protein-protein interaction network it is present in, could be the next big breakthrough to speed up early cancer detection. This project intends to identify a connection between cancer proteins and fractal dimension in the PPI network using topological properties. 

Roles & Responsibilities: • Data Cleaning plus calculations of topological methods and finalized comparison. • Created a protein interaction network with gathered date-set. • Find Fractal Dimension of each node using box covering algorithm. • Fine tune the results.

3. Library Management System I1st year Micro project) 

Duration: Dec 2017 

Description: A Library Management System to store and update book and user details. 

Roles & Responsibilities: • Built the GUI using Tkinter. • Programmed the functions using Python 2.8
