I am a Quantity Surveyor having strengths of high caliber, dynamic, proactive, and self-motivated
exposure to all aspects of quantity surveying & contract administration. I am aware of the Standard
Documents for Building & Civil Engineering Works – Third Edition July 1981 (Oman Conditions of
Contracts), FIDIC Red book 1987 4th Edition, and standard methods of measurements for Civil
Engineering works (CESMM3), Principles of Measurement (International) (POMI). Standard Method of
Measurement - SLS 573 During my last 7 years of experience, I have been performing my roles and
responsibilities in diverse types and magnitude of projects such as Building & Infrastructure projects.
Moreover, my experience & practices were enhanced through working on Civil Engineering Projects in,
Oman, and Sri Lanka; with the key strengths and all levels of competence such as Interim valuations and
final accounts; cost claims; Project cost, and financial control; change management (additional and extra
works); drafting subcontract agreement and contractual letters; etc.
