• Overall in-charge and responsible for monitoring the smooth flow of the Road and Structure works includes Asphalt, Base, Sub-base and earthworks within Quality, Cost, and Time.
• Comply with company’s IMS procedures / local legal requirements.
• Responsible to review all technical submittals like shop drawings, material submittals, method statement & submit for consultant/client approval. 
• Review sub contractors' / suppliers' Quality Assurance & Control related documents and carry out QC inspections.
