Job Responsibilities: Experience of Managing Complete EPC Substation project.

• Reviewing of all Drawings and Technical Data Sheets of the substations Equipment’s to check if they are as per Client/Consultants Contract Specifications.
• To deal with the Client, Consultants, Designers and Manufacturers on technical issues including approval of all Electrical drawings and Electrical equipment’s.
• Maintaining all record of Submissions and Approvals of all Technical Documents.
• Follow up and ensure the Electrical work carried out is as per approved drawing and within the time frame and progress of the approved construction program.
• Ensuring that all equipment works to its specification.
• Scheduling and coordinating work to meet contract agreement Time frame. 
• Follow up and ensure that the installation, inspection and testing of all the Electrical services and work implemented meets the specification and the client requirements.
• Creating and carrying out Weekly & Monthly Schedules and Monthly Progress Reports 
• Writing reports/documentation and all technical and general correspondence with client and consultants.
• To maintain proper documentation for the execution of the Project as per Company’s standards.
• Creating monthly Estimation of manpower, equipment, materials & consumables in consultation with Operations/Construction Team.
• Coordinate with other project personnel to ensure that deadlines, procedures and other project requirements are met.
• Close all Technical & Commercial issues raised by Consultant / Client.
• Arrangement of Meeting with Project Personnel.
• Preparing of Contract Documents and BOQ for forthcoming EHV projects.
• Arrangement of FAT for Consultants and Client in Manufacturer Factory/Premises.
• Coordinate and arrangement of Equipment Shipment to project site.
• Weekly coordinate with Site Engineers/Managers regarding Site Activities.
• Coordinate with Site Management and Commercial Department for timely submission of Measurement Sheet and Invoice.
