Sanjay Misra

An erudite academician and a result oriented professional with a contagiously positive attitude, Sanjay brings with him high caliber and extensive experience of over 27 years in managing education institutions and delivering enthusiastic instructions to achieve academic excellence and establish a firm foundation for better education. Rich experience of 3 years as Principal in CBSE school and 10 years as a hostel warden. Passionate about fostering a sense of brotherhood among young minds and enabling them to realize their true potential. Sanjay aspires to implement new systems and improve existing education processes by leveraging vast experience in education sector.

Sanjay is a Masters in Physics and Master in Education with a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application. He is also trained in “Use of Information Technology & Multimedia in teaching in schools”. Across his career, he has held academic and administrative positions in prestigious education institutions in India and Nepal. These include DPS, Nepal and SVM Sr Secondary School and J N V Mankapur in India. In these organizations he has served as Head of Department and PGT Physics for class IX – XII.I was associated with Birla International School, Ajmer as PGT Physics with additional responsibilities as Head of Science Department, House Master and Robotics Coordinator. He has also served as Guest Faculty at Medical College Nepal, teaching Bachelor of Science Students. Across his career, Sanjay has also shouldered additional responsibilities like Remedial Class In-charge, Time table In-charge, House Warden, House Master, Class Coordinator, Subject Coordinator and Career Cell Coordinator. Active member of Science Club, Discipline Committee, Examination Cell and Purchase Committee. Currently I am serving as PGT Physics in INDIAN SCHOOL MUSCAT in AL MAABELA branch SULTANATE OF OMAN

Promoting adoption of latest teaching methods and research findings, enhancing capability of staff and sound administration to foster a healthy learning atmosphere are means to this end. He also closely examines learning material and instructional methodologies and finds ways to improve them to maintain high curriculum standards. Develops and monitors budgets for management & maintenance of school infrastructure and facilities. Sanjay is recognized for enforcing strict discipline and compliance to office systems and procedures. Another feather in his cap is his ability to recruit, develop and manage a team of teaching & non-teaching staff to achieve excellence in academics, extra-curricular activities and holistic student development.
