- Steered and delivered a multitude of complex Brownfield & Greenfield Oil and Gas Projects from Concept and FEED phase through Detail Design and Procurement, Construction to Operations and Close-out phases, meeting all time, cost, and quality targets.
- Saved millions of dollars yearly through implementation of change/process improvement initiatives, by unlocking production potential e.g. over 500 m3/day of net oil of Hawqa Cluster wells through capacity enhancement of Zauliyah Separators and streamlining the design of the inlet line to the separators.
- Improved business efficiency of the Company through conceptualization and delivery of Lean and CI Projects.
- Ensured risk identification and mitigation as a Subject Matter Expert (Shell Global Technical Authority- TA2, Project Engineering) through rationally applying the engineering standards and participating/ conducting Design Reviews, HAZOP, HAZID, HEMP, IPF, QRA, Alarm Rationalization, and SIMOPS Workshops for Projects.
- Executed and implementing the challenging new technology projects, notably, Microturbine for reduction of Gas Flaring, OSORB technology for de-oiling of produced water, Online Hardness Analyzers for Amal Steam, Microbubble & Thermocouple technology for online monitoring of Amal Wells and Non-intrusive Corrosion Monitoring for South Asset Pipelines.
- Acted as AIPSM & External Challenger for the Planned Turnaround (shutdown) events for Oil South Cluster Stations; supported identification of the hidden flaws/risks, advised simpler solutions and further optimized the turnaround scope/time.
- Authored Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HAZOP Waiver, Proprietary Source Procurement, Detail Design for Management of Change Projects, Construction and Commissioning for FCP Projects and Barge Deployment & Anchor Handling Policy for OES, ONGC.
- Collaborated with Contractors, Subcontractors, Vendors and their Principal OEMs as true Partners; challenged the standards and reduced/removed gold plating, compressing the Project schedules without compromising on quality or taking additional cost burdens.

- Sakhia 31 (Harweel) and catastrophic power dip for North and South cluster incident as a corporate emergency- CECC member; controlled Oil/Gas well Blowouts as a Crisis Management Team (CMT) member for ONGC.
- Contributed in skills development of Omani Graduates, Undergraduates, and Apprentice teams by coaching and mentoring.
