❖ Experience in digital oil fields (DOF), IO etc. 1995-2002,
❖ Experience in preparing FDP for oil and gas fields.
❖ Experience in unconventional wells such as tight gas in Iraq, Canada, Mexico and Oman, tight oil in Argentina and CBM in Australia.
❖ Design multi-frac horizontal well completion.
❖ Design and execute quality assurance, quality control and perform post job analysis for acid and proppant fracturing treatment.
❖ Implement industry best practice and exchange of learning with other similar unconventional assets.
❖ Cost effective fracturing programs tailored for numerous reservoirs.
❖ Great experience in WRFM, well integrity management system (WIMS) etc.
❖ Experience in well design, completion and production enhancement activities, especially carbonate and sandstone matrix stimulation and acid and hydraulic fracturing.
❖ Thorough knowledge of smart well completion, low-cost slim hole, monobore completion, well testing and work over activities.
❖ Great experience in Schlumberger well testing methods/procedures in exploratory wells for reservoir characterization.
❖ Experience in horizontal well smart completion like ICDs’ with Swell Packers.
❖ Well versed with different types of sand control techniques.
❖ Great experience in well surveillance activities like P/T survey, PLT, PNL, swabbing, coil tubing Nitrogen activation etc.
❖ Good experience in ‘Pressure Transient Analysis’.
❖ Extensive offshore Oil and Gas experience in well surveillance group. Hence, well versed with offshore conditions too.
❖ Unquestionable ability to interpret Cased Hole Log like CBL/VDL, PNL, corrosion log, PLT etc.
❖ Solid experience of reservoir engineering aspect of different reservoir systems.
❖ Exceptional organizational skills to plan and execute different projects /studies like Dual ESP pilot project, wire line ESP Coil tubing drilling, well modeling studies etc.
