Head the HSSE department activities within the Port of NEOM and lead the development and implementation of HSSE processes and systems of work for Port of NEOM operations, in compliance with Saudi Arabian National Center for Environmental Compliance standards and High Commission for Industrial Security (HCIS) standards for Health & Safety, Fire and Security. Develop strategic HSSE business plans to develop a proactive HSSE culture and mitigate and drive an incident and injury free workplace. Ensuring that relevant gap analysis is carried out in line with the Port Business plan to identify areas of non-compliance in relation to Health & Safety, Fire, Security and Environment for Port operations. Develop emergency plans and ensure effective emergency response to fire, medical, environmental and security incidents within the Port facility.
