Involved in development of plot plan, equipment layout, piping layout, piping isometrics, review vendor drawing data, Piping specifications review, stress analysis, pipe supports and MTO.
Familiar with Concept, FEED, early engineering, EPC, expansion and revamp projects on brown field nature of onshore oil production wellheads and manifolds and green field refinery, ethanol and FPSO projects.
Good site experience of onshore and offshore facilities for below activities,
• Site survey for tie-in's and scope identification, feasibility of piping study.
• Constructability and feasibility review with construction, Operation and maintenance team.
• Review pipe vibration pattern, pipe support details of onshore and offshore facilities, to resolve pipe vibration problems due to inadequate supports, FIV and other stress analysis, selection of wrong supports.
Involved in project execution engineering activities i.e. 3D plant design reviews, P&ID review, piping inputs to other disciplines, line list, process datasheets, mechanical data and drawings, vendor drawing checking and inputs, piping material specifications, valve drawings review, specialty items datasheet and drawings, safety reviews, piping deliverables, MTO’s, tie-in schedule. participation in DR/HAZOP/HAZID/HFE/LFI/DEM-1/ PEER review workshops and ensuring implementation and adherence to projects specifications and procedures. Involved in preparation, checking and review of pipe thickness calculations, PMS, piping items and specialty items requisitions
Stress Analysis and Support design
• Preparation of Project specific Stress Design Basis, stress critical line list, support design basis
• Analyze lines connected to Pump, Close coupled Column-Reboiler, Tanks, Heat ex. (Shell & Tube, Plate), Compressors, Steam turbine, TSA Vessel , Air fin Cooler. 
• Analysis of wind, snow, earthquake load effects, blast loads. 
• Use of nozzle flexibility obtained through FEA of vessel for stress analysis of close coupled vessels. 
• Structural Loading Data. (Rack loading and Structural loading) 
• Specification, MR, TBE of Spring supports, Expansion Joint. 
• Analysis of full and partial Jacketed Lines.
• Seismic analysis by Response Spectrum Method.
• Stress analysis of FPSO Piping by considering effects of acceleration and structural deflections due to sea motion.
• Preparation and checking of Stress Documentation, also for PED approval.
