Planning & Scheduling of ship repair projects according to ship repair plan & scope

Receiving the scope from Commercial sections , review and allocation of sections for jobs

Coordinating with clients for identifying jobs and taking additional jobs after vessel arrival.

Coordinate with different sections to execute the jobs (Estimation, Procurement, Hull, Machinery, Electrical, Piping, and Painting & QA/QC) as per the client requirements.

Monitoring and controlling of projects to complete in time and reporting to management about the progress of projects.

Preparing work completion report and getting acceptance of clients.

Preparing analysis report after every project

·        Also worked  as Site-Incharge and Controlling  Modular Compartmentof Indian Coastguard ships in Goa Shipyard Ltd. and Timblo Drydock For Godrej & Boyce which is engaged in Hot work for paneling and furniture Insatllation , Structure insulation,  Door and window

For Purnima Ship Fabricators which is engaged in Fabrication, Installation & Pressure Testing of various piping system, Installation & commissioning of various Engineering , Installation & commissioning of various Deck Machinery Equipment . Pre-Fabrication, Assembly, Dry Survey & APT of complete Hull, Superstructure & All Outfitting Works
