I have total exp. of 22yrs in Contracting field deal with many project such as Residential building, Villas, Hotel Interior works, Resort, Water parks, Cooling plants, Industrial Structural Construction & Erection Works, GSR/ESR Construction Works, RCC Box Culvert, Sewerage network.

Have great hand in Claim, Valuation, Certification, Estimation. Contractual letter drafting skills. Good understanding regarding FIDIC, CESSM3, Standard condition of Contract & Contract Agreement. Also had worked on software such as JD Edwards, CMT, ERP.

Also fully involved in preparation of Consolidated Claim and witness for Arbitration hearing process against client Haya water for Wadi Kabir project and won Arbitration award of Omani Rial 14.3 M (USD 37.14 M) against Haya water. And Finalized Amicable settlement for Bausher -B3B project amounting RO 6.11M with Haya water (Diam Haya –Nama Group).

Currently working as Lead Quantity Surveyor (Pre Contract & Post Contract) and previously had worked on two project as Contract Manager for Bausher -B3B project and  Sr. Quantity Surveyor Post Contract Wadi kabir project in Muscat both infrastructure project. 

I have a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Diploma in Construction Engineering, Post-Graduation Diploma in Industrial Safety, Approved Valuer (Indian Institute of Valuer) and Charter Engineer (Indian Institute of Engineer).
