I am Dr. Vijay Kumar Vyas, PhD, in mathematics sending this letter regarding the post of Faculty Member (Mathematics)

Having worked within the Education for over 10 years, I have developed a wide range of skills that would meet your expectations for this role. Currently I am working in Sur University College, Oman, where I teach Mathematics for General foundation program (Basic, Pure and Applied), Pre-Calculus, Calculus-1, Calculus-II, Calculus-III, Operation Research, Differential Equations, Mathematics for Business and Economics, Statistics, Managerial Decision Analysis, College Algebra etc. I employ a range of traditional and progressive methodology in the planning and delivery of instruction in physical and virtual settings, with an emphasis on incorporating opportunities for experiential learning whenever possible. White I often use textbooks; I enjoy creating material to address specific learning needs. I have also developed few Curriculums of courses like Mathematics of Business, Econometrics, Statistics, Calculus and Differential Equation for UG Programs. I regularly build upon and complement my theoretical and practical knowledge through attending and presenting at professional workshops, conferences, and courses.

Currently I am doing research in the field of Special Functions, Integral Transforms and Fractional Calculus (Especially q-Calculus). Recently I have published a few research papers (First Author in most of Papers) in high indexed journals (Like Scopus, SCIE and Web of Science). Recently I have also organized a couple of international conferences with the help of the soft computing society of India and Fater Academy of India as a Convener and as an organizing secretary.

Right now, I am working in the Engineering and Business Department at Sur University College (affiliation with Bond University, Australia for the Business Department Programs and American University in Cairo for the Engineering Department Programs). Here, I am teaching Basic Mathematics (For Foundation Level), Mathematics for Business and Economics, Statistics, Managerial Decision Analysis,College Algebra, Pre-Calculus, Calculus-1, Calculus-II, Calculus-III and Differential Equations are my subjects of teaching. I have since quite a while ago experienced in engineering colleges and universities and also these subjects are near my research zone as well.
