    Responsibilities and Duties:

    1. Project Oversight:
      • Supervise multiple construction projects, ensuring they remain on schedule, within budget, and uphold quality standards.
      • Troubleshoot project challenges, devising effective solutions to maintain momentum.
    2. Team Collaboration:
      • Drive inter-departmental collaboration, ensuring seamless communication between design, procurement, and construction teams.
      • Mentor and guide project managers, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
    3. Stakeholder Engagement:
      • Cultivate relationships with clients, ensuring their vision is translated accurately on the ground.
      • Collaborate with regulatory bodies, ensuring all projects are compliant with local construction standards and regulations.
    4. Budget Management:
      • Oversee project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost savings.
      • Collaborate with finance teams to align project strategies with company financial objectives.
    5. Safety & Compliance:
      • Prioritize safety on all construction sites, ensuring strict adherence to global safety standards.
      • Regularly review and refine safety protocols, ensuring a zero-incident work environment.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    1. A Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
    2. 15+ years in the construction industry, with significant experience in leading large-scale projects.
    3. Demonstrated expertise in project management, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
    4. Deep knowledge of construction methodologies and industry best practices.
