I prepare, cook and serve food delegated as my responsibility, ensuring that the highest possible quality is maintained and that agreed standards for food preparation and presentation are met at all times under guidance from a senior chef. I monitor stock movement and am responsible for ordering on my section.

I am currently employed as a line cook in Bait Al Bahr (a 
reputable seafood specialty restaurant). Among my 
responsibilities are assisting with food preparation, cooking 
and preparing elements of high-quality dishes, preparing 
vegetables, meats, and fish, assisting other Chefs, assisting 
with deliveries and restocking, assisting with stock rotation.
I'm getting direct experience working in a fine dining business 
and learning the fundamentals of the culinary world.

I have interned at this establishment for 3 months as a part of 
my diploma at NHI. I have gotten firsthand experience of 
working in a 5-star hotel. I was part of a team that is 
responsible for an important kitchen, which brings in great 
revenue for the hotel.

telecommunicating company (AWASR). I worked in outdoor 
marketing ventures for this company like an outlet in Muscat 
festival and led a small team to influence customers in areas 
where our services could be required
