I am currently employed as a line cook in Bait Al Bahr (a
reputable seafood specialty restaurant). Among my
responsibilities are assisting with food preparation, cooking
and preparing elements of high-quality dishes, preparing
vegetables, meats, and fish, assisting other Chefs, assisting
with deliveries and restocking, assisting with stock rotation.
I'm getting direct experience working in a fine dining business
and learning the fundamentals of the culinary world.
