I am currently working in Oman as CFO of Oman based organization having an interest in the retail sector, money exchange, construction & EPC business, and holding substantial equity in one of the leading Oman-based bank

I have more than 21 years of post-qualification experience in manufacturing industries, telecommunication and telecommunication infrastructure business. I have worked with both  Indian and MNC conglomerates having global operations like Vedanta, Tata & Indus towers and Vodafone.  My domain expertise and experience is as under

• Financial Planning and Budgeting,  Variance analysis and driving cost optimization plan
• Driving finalization of books of accounts at parent and group level as per IFRS on monthly, quarterly and annual basis 
• Finalization of books of accounts of subsidiaries and consolidation at group level
• Expert updated knowledge of IFRS and hands-on experience of implementation in the last two organizations.
• Tying up a fund for projects and the working capital requirement from banks in local currency and USD with the rate of interest linked to LIBOR, liquidity management to reduce interest cost
• Setting up a robust MIS & Costing system.
• Taxation both direct & indirect implemented GST (VAT) in India in Tata.
• Stakeholder management &  Board presentations
• ERP implementation and driving automation
• Successful execution of projects
