#2019 - Present: 

International Networking Company L.L.C Muscat Windows10 Migration Engineer, contractor for Petroleum Development Oman: 1. Preparing & migrating laptops, desktops all in one, workstations, tower PC, and other PDO computers, from windows 7 OS to windows 10 OS. 2. Using Robocopy to perform data backup and restoration. 3. Introducing new ideas to increase the quality, efficacy, and enhanced the process of the migrations. 4. Guiding new co-workers and training them on how to perform the migrations. 5. Assisting & supporting the employees during and after the migration. 6. Dealing with and fixing BIOS & TPM issues. 7. Re-imaging PCs, installing programs. 8. Working as a second line support engineer on opening & closing support tickets from SMAX, deploying programs and OS through SCCM, manual installation of software and drivers, moving accounts to the needed OU from AD, whitelisting PCs to be re-imaged with a new OS, and providing support to our project team. 9. Interacting with different fields & aspects to gain new knowledge and experience in, as well as, out of IT.
