- Implement and manage a comprehensive CRM system to capture, analyze, and utilize customer data effectively.
- Optimizing lead generation, enhancing lead conversion, improving customer retention, enabling data-driven decision-making, and streamlining sales processes.
- Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns to attract qualified leads.
- Qualify and nurture leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Manage the sales pipeline and track progress towards sales goals.
- Provide data-driven insights to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Ensure seamless integration between the CRM system, contact center platform, and other relevant dealership systems to create a unified customer experience.
- Implement robust data security measures to protect customer privacy and comply with relevant data privacy regulations.
- Diploma or Senior School Certification with 10+ years of experience in customer relationship management or related roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in customer relationship management (CRM), preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing CRM systems and strategies.
- Experience in lead generation, lead nurturing, and sales pipeline management.
- Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role.
